Definitions, so nothing is ambiguous:
- Device
- — one installation on one physical or virtual machine. You may deactivate and move an installation freely; only simultaneous activations count.
- Server node
- — one installation of the watched-folder service on a server. Unattended batch processing, no workstation involved.
- Pages per batch
- — the maximum number of pages the OCR engine will process in a single job. It is not a monthly or annual limit; you may run as many jobs as you like.
- Support response
- — the time within which a human replies, during business hours (Mon–Fri, 09:00–18:00 CET).
