Enter the email address you used at checkout. Your licence key and your PDF invoice are sent to that address again, immediately. Nothing is shown on this page and nothing is sent anywhere else.
If the address matches an order, the email arrives within 60 seconds. If it does not match, nothing is sent — so that no one can find out whether an address has bought a licence.
If nothing arrives
Check your spam folder first. If the email is still missing after 5 minutes, or you no longer have access to the address you used at checkout, email support@imposito.com or call +381 63 181 68 47, Mon–Fri 09:00–18:00 CET, quoting your order number or the name on the invoice.
Changed computer? You do not need a new key. Deactivate the old device in the app under Help → Enter licence key, then activate the new one. Free, unlimited.
