The problem
Referral letters, lab results and imaging reports arrive on paper and by fax, and have to be filed against the right record. Sending them to a cloud service to be processed is, for most institutions, simply not an option.
What IMPOSITO does
Runs entirely offline.
Split incoming batches, rename from the patient identifier read off the page, OCR including handwriting on referral forms, redact identifiers before any copy is shared for research or billing.

Department Server (75 devices + 1 server node) — a watched folder on your own server processes the day's intake unattended.
A note on compliance
IMPOSITO processes documents locally and transmits nothing to us, so no data reaches a third party through the software. Whether your overall process satisfies the rules that govern you is a question about your process, and remains yours to answer. We do not certify it.
